Again this work is related to the 'ship of fools' content in my other works. In this work the boat is stranded, thus it is in a liminal, impotent position of being purposely intended for a journey to somehere, but its journey has been interrupted and disabled through disaster. The boat here is in-between places, not here nor there, indecisive and liminal, but in its own space - heterotopic.
